Setup Corporate Exchange Email with the Samsung Galaxy S® III mini
Welcome to AT&T How To videos.
Today we will show you how to configure corporate exchange e-mail with the Samsung Galaxy S® III mini.
Please Note: Before setting up an Exchange email account, you will need your account server settings. If you do not know this information, please contact your IT team or email provider for assistance.
To begin, from the home screen, tap Email. Please Note: To setup an additional account, access the inbox and press the Menu Key, and then tap Settings, Add account
Next, enter your Email address and account password, and then tap Manual setup. Please Note: If multiple accounts are configured, tap to check Send email from this account by default if desired.
Tap Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync
Now enter your e-mail account information, and then tap Next.
Use secure connection (SSL)
Use client certificate
A notification will be displayed. Tap OK to continue.
If a security policy is enabled, a notification will be displayed. Tap OK
You can now configure the account options as desired, and then tap Next.
If a security is required, scroll down and review the security settings, and then tap Activate to continue.
Select and configure the desired security type. Please Note: Available security options are determined by exchange network administrator, and security options may vary.
PIN, will allow you to use a numeric PIN code. Enter and re-enter the desired PIN code, and then tap OK.
Password, Will use an alpha numeric password. Enter and Re-enter the desired password, and then tap OK.
Enter the desired email account label, and then tap Done.
You can now test the setup by sending an email.
