Two separate videos show the passenger forcing her way through security and trying to open the Air Asia plane door. The incident was captured at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and shows the female even attempting to kick security guards after being turned away from AirAsia flight AK380 bound for Jakarta. The airline have told MailOnline Travel that the passenger was Chinese, and was handed over to the police for further questioning. The aircraft door was closed and was waiting air traffic clearance for push back. The first video shows two security officers try and pull the woman away from the door, as she shouts, ‘why are you going for me, tell me, why.’ ‘It’s my flight, you have no right, okay,’ she continues. The passenger is then filmed aiming a kick at one of the officers, before she says that they ‘have to open’ the door for her. The second video then shows how it took four men and one woman to drag the irate passenger away from the plane entrance, and out of the restricted area. The security door is then closed, but the woman is still furious that she was denied boarding the plane. ‘Why are you going for me, why, why,’ she rages. ‘I have a ticket.’ One of the female security officers responds: ‘Yes you have a ticket, but you are scheduled to be at the gate.’ 'It is supposed to wait for me,’ adds the passenger. The person who posted the videos, Xiaohong Xiaohong, tagged them by writing: ‘Comments and share so that unreasonable passengers should be banned from flying with a restriction order.’ A spokesperson for AirAsia said: ‘An AirAsia passenger was late for her flight and turned aggressive towards airline staff, AVSEC police, and airport authority’s staff when denied boarding. ‘A police report has been lodged on the same day with regard to the incident.’

I refused this as an ex-US Marine who has been given experimental injections and pills during the 1st Gulf War (along with 600,000 other American sons and daughters), these experimental drugs being administered without informed consent due to a “waiver’ provided by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) of the US Government. Many have died from ‘Gulf War Syndrome’ due to these experimental drugs, essentially many have been murdered by the FDA and US Military who ordered American sons and daughters to take experimental drugs. I have in the past always opted out of the body scanner and agreed (under duress) to a physical body search, today I once again agreed to this under duress but again was told I MUST SUBMIT TO A BODY SCAN OR BE DENIED THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL/FLY. I have refused these terms, which inherently mean radiating myself with their dangerous body scanners. The “officials” responsible for this denial of rights are: 1) Brandon Brown - TSA Manager LAX - phone 310-258-4848 2) Tamara Thomas, Deputy Assistant to the Federal Security Director - Tamara insisted that I must submit to a body scan - it is said that this is due to me being listed by TSA as a 'security threat' and my boarding passes always having the code ‘SSSS’. Fuck the traitors in all areas of American society. The US Constitution is the only answer for Americans. Jet Airways Flight 9W 272 Delhi - Dhaka 12th December 2017 Scheduled time of departure: 1:25pm Passengers boarded aircraft: 2:45pm "Co-pilot" (only person in the cockpit) enters the aircraft: 5:38pm Actual departure: 6:20pm After changing the boarding gate FOUR times and making passengers walk around in a confused state (without any announcement on the Delhi airport PA system) from Gate 20B, to 18, to 4B and finally 4C, all passengers were made to board the Jet Airways flight around 2:45pm. The reason for delay mentioned by the airline staff at the boarding gate was that the aircraft had some "technical issues" from the previous flight and so "a new aircraft was being readied" for our flight. Once on board, passengers patiently waited and settled down while the luggage was being loaded. However, an hour passed and there was no announcement from the cockpit or the crew as to why the flight was not taking off yet. When asked by passengers, the crew responded that we would be taking off in "30 minutes", but provided no reason for the delay. (There was ZERO communication from the cockpit. This was surprising as usually in case of such delays the Captain keeps passengers updated through announcements). During this time, a passenger had gotten up and requested to be offloaded as he didn't want to wait any longer to go on this flight. After he had exited, ground security staff came in and asked everyone to identify their cabin baggage one by one, which was quite mysterious as they had not explained why it was being done. The passenger who had exited earlier had taken his cabin baggage with him and had only exited once the crew allowed him to and ensured that he got all his belongings. After this, the airline crew announced that the flight would be taking off at "5 pm". At this point passengers became even more frustrated, especially since it was an afternoon flight and many had expected to have lunch on board. Another announcement was made at 5pm that the flight would now be taking off at "5:30pm". Passengers were left hungry and waiting for hours inside the aircraft without any clear explanation. First it was a "technical issue" with the previous aircraft, and then a "commercial issue", and finally an "operational issue" due to some "clearance being required from Mumbai". No idea what that meant. Once it was past 5:30pm, some passengers got up and started to inquire as to why the flight was being delayed and why we were being forced to sit inside the aircraft for 3 hours. To everyone's shock, one passenger noticed that there was no one inside the cockpit!! HOW CAN AN AIRLINE ALLOW PASSENGERS ON BOARD AN AIRCRAFT WITH IT'S ENGINES, AC, LIGHTS ETC RUNNING WITHOUT A PILOT ON BOARD!!?? IS THAT SAFE?? IS IT EVEN LEGALLY ALLOWED AS PER THE FLIGHT SAFETY REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION?? 0:30 - Jet crew member attempts to turn the situation to his favour by saying a passenger has "touched" him, but other passengers who were present support their fellow passenger right away and deny there was any physical contact. 0:48 - Jet crew member admits Pilot is not there and has "just cleared customs and immigration and will be here in 10 mins". UNBELIEVABLE! 2:23 - Finally around 5:38pm a "CO-PILOT" had arrived (female in uniform seen entering the cockpit at 2:23 secs). BUT THERE WAS NO CAPTAIN OR SECOND PERSON SEEN ENTERING THE AIRCRAFT!! This was further proven by the fact that upon landing in Dhaka, the landing announcement was made by the female "CO-PILOT". As per international flight safety regulations there should be a MINIMUM OF TWO PILOTS ON ANY COMMERCIAL FLIGHT!! YES, JET AIRWAYS HAD KEPT ALMOST 200 PASSENGERS ON BOARD AN AIRCRAFT FOR 3.5 HOURS, WITHOUT ANYONE AT THE COCKPIT. FINALLY A "CO-PILOT" SHOWED UP AFTER ALMOST 3 HOURS, AND WAS THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FLIGHT!! THIS WAS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL, UNSAFE AND RISKED THE LIVES OF ALL PASSENGERS ON BOARD!!

This regulation also applies if the passenger has been transferred from the flight for which he/she held a reservation to some other flight unless the passenger is travelling on a free or discounted ticket not available to the general public other than a ticket obtained from a frequent flyer programme. This regulation does not apply to helicopter flights, to any flight not operated by a fixed – wing aircraft, nor to flights from Gibraltar aiport.
