The app is available as a free 90 day trial, and takes about 15 minutes to download, install and setup. Note that this is not standalone software but rather software that runs on the Splunk platform. This means that you will have to install Splunk Enterprise if you haven't already, and that you install our app into Splunk Enterprise itself. Sites and Groups - Cisco CDR Reporting and Analytics

This is a quick overview video of how to use some of our advanced features around "Sites" and "Groups" Sites refers to the app's ability to infer your office locations, or sites. The app can parse out DN's to get country code, area code, exchange, zipcode and state. But for internal extensions and internal calls all is not lost. For internal extensions, if you have entered your subnets and your sites in the Sites lookup, the app is able to get the office location information by looking up the device IP Addresses in the Sites lookup. Groups is quite different although at it's base it too is just a simple CSV you can add. The groups lookup maps numbers to names, groups and subgroups. You can use this to get extra fields in your data of callingPartyName, callingPartyGroup, callingPartySubgroup, finalCalledPartyName and so on and so forth. What’s New in Variphy 11.2 CDR Reporting and Call Analytics In Variphy 11.2 we’re introducing complete CDR field support, adding harvesting of new fields in CUCM version 10, 11, and 12.0 We’ve also added Search, Detail column, and grouping support for new Pattern CDR fields Dashboards and Widgets In 11.2 we’ve introduced permalink sharing of Dashboards. Each Variphy Dashboard can now be viewed in a browser without logging in via permanent link or permalink which is a static link our URL that can be sent out to users. CUCM Call Analytics widgets can now be configured to use all the search sets from an existing Call Analytics report. Remote Phone Control, Macros, and Broadcast The Remote phone control search results now show a Registration timestamp and whether they are registered, partially registered, and unregistered. We also added phone HTTPS connection fallback support and Distribution list HTTPS route support Change Management and As-built reporting In 11.2 we’ve added Phone registration date and timestamp report for phones which are in the registered partially registered or registered state.
