Once you figure out your style you can templatize your blog posts. For example, mine are introduction, body, and conclusion. You also want to use headings, headings will make your content easier to read and skim. Within your headings, add keywords. Step #2: Add images - using services like Fotolia you can add images to every one of your blog posts. By adding images it makes your content easier to understand as some people are visual learners. Step #3: Set some rules - by following these rules it will make it easier to write blog posts faster. Make sure you use the words "you" and "I" within your blog. Add 7 or so images per post and keep your paragraphs shorter than 5 or 6 lines.

For several decades, Professor Victor H. Vroom and his colleagues at Yale University have been doing research on leadership styles. This research has been driven by two objectives. The first objective was to explore the differences in leadership styles used in different countries and organizations around the world. Where did these differences come from and how are they changing with globalization? The second objective was is to build a normative or prescriptive situational model of the leadership process which can serve as a guide to leaders in adapting their leadership styles to the challenges they face. To date, Professor Vroom's research has involved a quarter of a million leaders from around the world. It has also produced a computer-based normative model of leadership called Expert System, designed to aid managers in matching their styles to other specific challenges they face. Its aim is to cultivate entrepreneurial individuals and teams that fully leverage their creative potential in creating value for the organisation. Entrepreneurial leadership does this by employing leadership practices that "develop the ability in employees to self-generate, self-reflect, and self-correct in their workplace". Entrepreneurial leadership is effectively using the skills associated with successful individual entrepreneurs and applying those within the environment of a larger organisation. This especially means within an organisation where those skills have been lost and replaced with a "corporate" mindset that focuses on process, systems and risk minimisation rather than on entrepreneurial behaviour. Other definitions of entrepreneurial leadership have also emerged: The entrepreneurial leader executes through inspiration and aligns relationships to achieve common goals. An entrepreneurial leader will proactively identify opportunities to gain advantage through creativity, innovation and market understanding and then hold themselves responsible for delivering what customers need via the effective management of risk to optimise outcomes for both the organization and the customer. The entrepreneurial leader will work within a formalised organisational structure, but use the approaches normally expected of an entrepreneur to identify opportunities. Once an opportunity has been identified, they work towards creating a value proposition which will enable a rapid testing of their key assumptions. Next to an effective management of risk (rather than the minimisation of risk often sought within corporate environments), they are required to operate with contextual awareness in order to create a value proposition that delivers value to the customer while taking into account the organisational requirements and strategic aims. The entrepreneurial leader must have the ability to learn fast and within environments of ambiguity and change, while providing clarity and coherence for those around them. The entrepreneurial leader takes responsibility for their actions and those actions must be more proactive than reactive. They think about achieving organisational outcomes in an innovative way and working with a diverse group of people and resources to achieve these goals. Perhaps the best known and most widely considered example of an entrepreneurial leader is Steve Jobs, but there are many real life examples in the world of business and other industries, such as Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Richard Branson.

Episode 14 Folks and after a little management issue I discuss whether being a good manager of men means I have to be a Bitch. Female managers in a male dominated environment such as construction or Finance has always fascinated me. I've read many articles online from women in power positions and many have stated that they have been called or referred to as a bitch, just for doing their job. I think I still believe you don't have to be a bitch to be a good manager. Being a Bitch is something I associated with a horrible nasty person, which I would never like to associate my personality with let alone my management style. I hope I would manage the men on site just the same as women if I worked with them. Hope you enjoy the blog and I look forward to any comments.

Text Version : It looks like Harry Styles is following his former bandmate Zayn Malik in a different direction, away from the band that made him a household name. The One Direction singer has officially split from his longtime management team, Modest Management, and has signed with CAA’s Jeffrey Azoff, son of industry veteran Irving Azoff. Modest confirmed the move in a statement provided to Billboard. "We wish Harry the very best. It has been a real pleasure working with him," said Modest execs Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee. "Harry is a total gentleman, and we know our good friend Jeffrey Azoff will look after him." According to an earlier report in The Sun newspaper, Styles' new team is working on launching the artist’s solo career "by around this time next year." Whether that involves retaining Simon Cowell’s Syco Music as his U.K. label remains to be seen, though sources told the tabloid that "he wants to completely disassociate with [One Direction] and that includes any professional connection." So does that mean it’s curtains for One Direction? Maybe not. A source close to the band recently told Billboard that ”nothing has changed regarding the hiatus plans for the group, and all will be revealed in due time from the band members' own mouths." Even Malik, who split from the group last May and recently dropped a solo video, has said he’s open to a reunion. "Who knows?...I don't know," he told Culture magazine. "If the time was right and that was the thing to do, then I would make that decision when it came around."
