A.P.S. CAM 870 Marine Shotgun (CO2 Shell Eject)

http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/a-p-s-cam-870-marine-shotgun-co2-shell-eject.html#.VyMbP-RnTpI A.P.S. CAM 870 Marine Shotgun (CO2 Shell Eject) About A.P.S CAM 870 Feature: Base on the design of APM50 Cartridge Ejection Sniper Rifle. A new APS gun – CAM870M Cartridge Airsoft Marker is coming in Q1 2014. CAM870M is a Airsoft shotgun powered by Co2. Similar to our APM50, the power of the gun is coming from the cartridge itself. Each cartridge contains 12 rounds of BB that will fly out simultaneously in each shot, generate one Joule with the use of 0.2g BB. More features can be found here below: Airsoft Guns powered by Co2 Similar to its our APM50, our CAM870M power coming from Co2 stored in the cartridge. With the worldwide-patented cartridge design, User can simply charge the Co2 from an adapter to the cartridge. Standard gun packing comes with 2 cartridge shells with maximum capacity 12 rounds BB per shell. The gun has a single barrel above a tube magazine into which shells are inserted. The gun takes maximum 6 + 1 shell on each load. The most important thing is, the cartridge is refillable and available in 6mm caliber, which is common used and found in Airsoft market. Revolution Design You no longer find 6.XX inner barrel on our CAM870M. A revolutionary design of our shell ejection system allows our gun using outer barrel in 17.5mm. The use of sabot in Airsoft Guns is rarely found. When the projectile is fired, the sabot blocks the gas, and carries the projectile down the barrel. Once the projectile clears the barrel, the sabot material falls away because of the shock of hitting still air pulls the parts away from the projectile, allowing the projectile to continue in flight. The use of sabot increases shot power and bullet velocity due to the lighter-mass BB, and increased accuracy due to the velocity and the reduction in deformation of the sabot itself. Lower malfunction rate Since the power source and main mechanism are now coming from the cartridge case instead of the gun. So user can simply repair the cartridge or use a new cartridge in case of malfunction happened. Users will not feel despair when malfunction happen while battling. Extra Co2 cartridge shell is just cost USD$5 which is affordable by public. To conclude, CAM870M is a precious airsoft gun rarely seen in the market. No words in the dictionary can describe the beauty of this gun. APS keep the traditional of making unique and new products to hit the market. This gun will sooner become the trademark of APS and Airsoft player would recognize. A.P.S. Airsoft APS CAM870 Shell Loading Guide / Demonstration

07:37
Here's how I load my shells, using paper cards instead of the plastic wads sold by APS. This video will show you how to load a basic 17-BB spread, taking advantage of a better gas seal to achieve comparable muzzle velocity to the 12 BBs in a plastic APS shot cup. Note that when filling the shells with CO2, it's important to keep the bottle oriented above the shell. This fills the shells with liquid CO2 rather than gaseous CO2, which makes a pretty big difference in performance. If you want to see more of the bullpup 870, I hope to have gameplay footage of it in use at Ballahack Airsoft in about two weeks.

What Happened To The APS/SRP Solar Programs?

01:48
SRP / APS Solar Programs | Grandfathered APS / SRP Solar Homes http://www.solarhomespecialist.com/ Phone: 602-363-7327 Email: [email protected] Net metering pays homeowners with rooftop solar full retail rates for excess power sent back to the grid. APS is proposing to pay only wholesale market rates for that power, a rate that will dramatically cut the amount of credits solar customers receive. APS and other utilities have been pushing for the changes in recent years, arguing that they unfairly benefit solar customers while shifting costs of maintaining the grid to non-solar customers. Arizona’s largest electric utility on Wednesday said it wants to increase residential rates by about 8 percent and move most customers to a billing plan that charges them more if their power use surges during peak hours. The new rates won’t affect current solar customers for 20 years after they connect their systems, and will stay with the house if it is sold. Systems installed or connected to the system after July 1, 2017 will go onto the new rate structure. APS is collaborating with the Electric Power Research Institute to assess how various distributed technologies, such as smart inverters and battery energy storage, impact energy flowing between solar-equipped homes and the grid. These and other technologies have the potential to give customers more choice and control over their energy use. APS Net Metering | The End of APS Net Metering Phoenix Arizona

02:36
APS Net Metering Phoenix Green Team http://www.phoenixgreenteam.com/ Phone: 602-363-7327 APS originally asked that nearly all residential customers use a demand rate that charges a fee based on the highest hour of electricity use during peak hours of the month. It was widely opposed. The settlement would not make demand rates mandatory, but it would force all new APS customers or those who move within the territory to choose either a demand rate or a time-of-use rate, where it costs more to use electricity during peak hours, for at least 90 days. APS will still offer a basic, flat-rate plan that charges a monthly service fee and flat rate for kilowatt-hours of electricity, regardless of when power is used throughout the day. But that plan won't be available to new or moving customers until they first try the demand or time-of-use rates. Some consumer groups oppose this lack of choice for new and moving customers. It's possible the commissioners could offer amendments to bridge the differences in opinion. APS Caught Lying Again

05:28
On July 7, 2014 Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) commissioner Brenda Burns submitted APS's answers to questions asked of them by the Sedona Smart Meter Awareness organization. (Here: http://images.edocket.azcc.gov/docketpdf/0000154543.pdf) Some of APS's answers are outright lies. APS is on record as stating that their “smart” meters transmit only 122 times per day if they are a “node meter”, and 125 times per day if they are a “gateway meter”. APS did say there may be some additional “unscheduled” transmissions for the following reasons: “service control messages (connects, disconnects, demand/kW resets, etc.), power outage and restoration messages, meter tampering messages, unscheduled on-demand electric usage reads, voltage threshold messages, and software upgrades.” APS also said that in the event a meter cannot connect to the mesh network then it would transmit a message every 2.5 minutes. However, even allowing for unscheduled transmissions, APS tells another lie by claiming that their “smart” meters transmit “less than one percent of the time.” APS: “A typical electricity meter has an overall transmit duty cycle (scheduled and unscheduled transmissions) of less than 1% (it transmits less than one percent of the time).” It is obvious that the first APS “smart” meter measured in this video is transmitting much more than 1% of the time and, were I to stand there measuring it all day, much more than 122 or 125 times per day. As you can see, this APS “smart” meter basically never stops transmitting. In just a minute and a half of measuring, the APS “smart” meter transmitted 53 times. At that rate, the daily total of microwave transmissions is 50,880. So, in this instance, APS was off by only 40,704 percent. By the way, utility lying about “smart” meter transmissions is commonplace. For example, California's PG&E was also drastically understating the number of their “smart” meters' microwave transmissions until PG&E was under oath. Then they admitted their “smart” meters actually transmit from 9,600 to as many as 190,000 times per day. After pressure from concerned citizens, Sacramento Municipal Utility District revised their 'only 6 times per day' “smart” meter transmission story and now admit to as many as 240,396 transmissions per day. And, here in Arizona, Navopache Electric Cooperative is still telling their '6 times per day' fairy tale on their website despite being exposed as liars by me last January in my YouTube video, Navopache Caught Lying. Another lie told by APS is, “The amount of radio frequency energy emitted from Node Meters and Gatekeeper Meters, when operational, does not vary in amplitude for any reason at the point of emission.” Having spent several days measuring APS's “smart” meters from Flagstaff to Phoenix and parts in between, I know that particular APS statement is another outright APS lie. As you can see in the video, the intensity of APS's “smart” meter transmissions vary greatly. Even the same meter can transmit at differing strengths. As always, it is also worth taking note of APS's deceptive, misleading language. “Radio frequency energy” sounds much more benign than “radio frequency radiation” or “microwave radiation” which is what it really is. “Energy” is the spin word the industry uses instead of “radiation” since energy is perceived as a good thing and radiation has bad connotations. This repeated APS lying raises questions. If “smart” meter microwave radiation is no big deal, why are utilities nationwide -- including APS -- lying about it? Why are the monopoly utilities allowed to lie and deceive the public? How can ratepayers be expected to make informed decisions if their utility is allowed to lie to them? If APS is lying intentionally, one must ask why. If APS is lying unintentionally then isn’t the public being placed at risk by a monopoly utility so inept that they do not even understand the technology they are using? Why hasn't the ACC gotten a microwave analyzer and checked up on these false utility claims like I have been insisting they do since 2011? Why am I doing the work and research the ACC should be doing with their multimillion dollar budget and hired help? When will the ACC actually regulate instead of vegetate? In my opinion the ACC's continued indifference to APS's serial lying makes them complicit in those lies. I see them as willing accomplices in an ongoing fraud.

Sept 25 APS Rate Hike Complaint Press Conference

08:48
From the press conference release: In true David versus Goliath proportions, more than 7000 Arizona residents and APS customers have signed on to a Change.org petition, set up a legal fund, retained an attorney, retained an expert, and are pushing for a rehearing of the APS/Pinnacle West purported $95 MILLION rate hike which was approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) in August 2017, which many feel was unjust, unjustified, and is causing hardship for many. Phoenix, AZ – A press conference will take place tomorrow, September 25, at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Arizona Corporation Commission building, followed by the long-awaited hearing inside at 10:00 a.m. for Docket No. E-01345A-18-0002 – Stacey Champion, et al. v. Arizona Public Service Company. The Arizona Corporation Commission is located at 1200 W. Washington, Phoenix. Ms. Champion has retained the law firm Wong and Carter, and attorney Adam Stafford will be in attendance for the press conference. Expert Abhay Padgaonkar and intervenors Richard Gayer and Warren Woodward will be joining them at the hearing. The complaint was originally filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission on January 3, 2018 by Champion with more than 400 APS customer petition signatures, citing A.R.S. 40-246, as to the "reasonableness of any rates and charges" of APS, a public service corporation. Since that time, the petition has received more than 7000 signatures, numerous comments about rising power bills and hardship, and the group continues to crowd contribute to a legal fund, which has to date raised more than $20k for the grassroots effort. Though attempts have previously been made by both Commissioner Forese and Staff to postpone the September 25 hearing date, Administrative Law Judge Jane L. Rodda has maintained the date which had been set and ordered back in April. ACC Staff who was inserted into the case at Commissioner Forese's request late in June, have been given an allowance by Rodda to file their report into the Docket this Wednesday, September 26 by noon, the day following the start of the hearing, which is expected to last 3 to 4 days. Commissioners Tobin and Burns have also subsequently filed their own letters into the Docket as well. The hearing will be open to public comments on Tuesday, prior to Champion's expert taking the stand, and a call-in number has been provided for those unable to attend in person or who don't have internet access so they may listen in. The hearing will also be broadcast live from the ACC website for those interested. Champion's goal is to show that APS' residential rates which came out of the August 2017 rate hike are unjust, unjustified, and not the average 4.5% or $6/mo. that both APS and the Arizona Corporation Commission advertised, and are causing an undue hardship for thousands of APS customers across the state. The desired outcome of the complaint is a realistic and transparent full rate hike rehearing which would completely rescind the formerly approved rate hike. July 25 APS Rate Hike Rehearing Press Conference

04:38
As an update to this press conference, in the procedural conference that followed, Administrative Law Judge Jane L. Rodda did the fair and just thing by adhering to the set hearing date of September 25, 2018. You may watch that hearing here: http://azcc.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=3&clip_id=3169 Please consider making a donation to our LEGAL FUND: https://www.fundedjustice.com/StopTheAPSGreed In true David versus Goliath proportions, nearly 6000 Arizona APS customers have signed on to a Change.org petition, set up a legal fund, retained an attorney, and are pushing for a rehearing of the APS/Pinnacle West $95+ MILLION rate hike which was approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission in August 2017, which many feel was unjust, unjustified, and is causing hardship for many. Phoenix, AZ – A press conference will take place tomorrow, July 25, at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Arizona Corporation Commission building, followed by a procedural conference inside at 10:30 a.m. for Docket No. E-01345A-18-0002 – Stacey Champion, et al. v. Arizona Public Service Company. The Arizona Corporation Commission is located at 1200 W. Washington, Phoenix. Ms. Champion has retained the law firm Wong and Carter, and attorney Adam Stafford will be in attendance for the press conference and hearing. The complaint was originally filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission on January 3, 2018 by Champion with more than 400 APS customer petition signatures, citing A.R.S. 40-246, as to the "reasonableness of any rates and charges" of APS, a public service corporation. Since that time, the petition has received nearly 6000 signatures, numerous comments about rising power bills and hardship, and the group continues to crowd contribute to a legal fund. In March, 2018, APS was pushing for the hearing to be held in June, 2018, stating: "Unfortunately, APS is concerned that delay will only push this matter closer to the November 2018 election, which risks distorting this process arid increasing customer confusion." But on April 16, 2018, Administrative Law Judge Jane L. Rodda set the hearing date for September 25, 2018. Though the deadline date to intervene in the matter was set for May 11, 2018, Commissioner Tom Forese who is currently running for re-election, submitted a letter to the docket on June 21, 2018 asking for staff to be involved in the process, even though staff was a party to the rate hike settlement agreement and staff and all Commissioners have had more than 6 months to get involved, yet haven’t. Staff then responded to Forese’s request with their own submission to the docket with a new proposed schedule that pushes the hearing to January, 2019, well AFTER the upcoming election. Ms. Champion and others believe the current schedule set by ALJ Rodda in April should stand, and that the hearing should take place in September 2018, as due process delayed is due process denied, and pushing the hearing unnecessarily out by 4 months is not fair to Champion or petition signatories.
